We want your Marina order to reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your order.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and packed by us personally โ€” we don't use a third-party fulfilment warehouse. This means every order gets our full attention before it leaves.

  • Processing time: Orders placed before 12pm (noon) EAT on business days are processed same day
  • Orders placed after 12pm are processed the following business day
  • Weekend orders (Saturday after 12pm, Sunday) are processed on Monday morning
  • You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your order is packed and ready
  • All orders require full payment before dispatch โ€” including upcountry orders
Pre-orders: Pre-order items are shipped once stock arrives in Nairobi. You will be notified of the expected arrival date at the time of purchase. Pre-order timelines can shift due to international shipping or customs โ€” we will always communicate any delays.

2. Nairobi Delivery

We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi for orders placed before 12pm. We use trusted local courier riders and delivery services to get your order to you fast.

  • Same-day delivery is subject to courier availability โ€” we will confirm at the time of order
  • You will receive the rider's contact number once your order is dispatched
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
  • Redelivery fees apply if a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable

3. Nationwide Delivery (Outside Nairobi)

We deliver to all major towns and counties across Kenya using reliable courier partners including Sendy, Fargo Courier, G4S, and Posta Kenya.

Free shipping: Orders over KES 7,000 qualify for free shipping to Nairobi. Nationwide free shipping applies to orders over KES 10,000.

  • A tracking number or courier reference is provided for all nationwide orders
  • Delivery timelines are estimates โ€” delays due to courier routing or public holidays may occur
  • Full payment is required upfront for all orders outside Nairobi โ€” no exceptions

4. How We Package Your Order

Every Marina order is packed with care. We use protective padding for fragile items, sealed bags for liquids, and tissue paper for a premium unboxing experience that matches the quality of what's inside.

  • Liquid products (serums, toners, cleansers) are sealed in protective pouches before boxing
  • Fragile glass packaging is wrapped individually
  • All Dreamvibe formulas are sealed and batch-labelled before dispatch
  • Your order includes a packing slip confirming all items included

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all orders:

  • M-Pesa โ€” our primary and fastest payment option
  • Debit / Credit Card โ€” processed securely via Shopify Payments
  • Bank Transfer โ€” for large orders by arrangement
  • Pesapal โ€” for online card payments

All prices on marinaskin.co.ke are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES). Orders are confirmed once payment is received and verified.


6. Order Tracking

  • For Nairobi same-day delivery โ€” you will receive the rider's contact number directly
  • For nationwide orders โ€” a courier tracking number is sent to your WhatsApp or email once dispatched
  • You can also DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp at any time for an order status update

7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order
  • If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available, a redelivery fee will apply
  • If an incorrect address was provided, we will do our best to redirect the order but cannot guarantee this will be possible after dispatch
  • Marina Skin Collective is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer

8. Damaged Orders in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damaged item immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
