🛍️ I want to place an order — how do I do it?
You can order directly on marinaskin.co.ke and pay via M-Pesa or card. Or WhatsApp us and we'll guide you through it personally. We confirm every order before dispatch.
📦 When will my order arrive?
Nairobi orders placed before 12pm are delivered same day. Nationwide orders take 1–5 business days depending on your location. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
🧴 I don't know which products are right for my skin — can you help?
Absolutely — this is one of our favourite things to do. Use our AI Skin Advisor on the website for instant personalised recommendations, or DM us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll build you a routine personally.
🌿 Is a product I want in stock?
WhatsApp or Instagram DM us — we'll check immediately. If something isn't currently in stock, we can add you to a waiting list or take a pre-order with a 50% deposit.
❓ I have an issue with my order
Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order. Have your order number and a photo of the issue ready. We'll resolve it quickly — see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
🤝 I'd like to discuss a partnership or consignment
